Today we had 103 on Santa's lap. The strange thing is that the majority of them were adults and teens. I was told that some dogs were coming in (don't know how many), but they did not show.
Santa talked yesterday about the distance some people were coming to see me, well here it happens again. I was told by the office manger that a party called from Boston, Massachusetts and wanted an appointment to see Santa. They are traveling 390 miles and it will take at least 6 hours, and parts of 5 states. I also figure they are going by or close to 4 other Bass Pro Shops. They are coming in on Friday. I told the office that there should be no appointment needed, unless they are famous, or a celebrity. Also if they are, they can come before my posted hours, or after the store closes. I understand they saw me on TV, and talked to a friend and they checked me out and said I was the BEST Santa ever. Hey, this is too strange to make up. I'll keep you posted...
Today we had a reporter from CNN, her sister and brother come in and had a picture with Santa. I was told she works out of their Israel branch. (Now they're coming from other country's to see me! NOT! - but you never know.)
The kids were cute, and for some reason they had to whisper in Santa's ear today. Why so many today? I just can't even guess.
Like I have said before, "There is nobody cooler than the dude in the Red Suit."
