And they checked out the "Talent"

Santa wants a new gun...a Henry Big Boy.

OK, today we had 74 people seeing Santa. We also had a Fox Hound, Basset Hound, Chocolate Lab, and a dog breed I wanted to remember but can't. The dog is the size of a small Lab, but it has longer hair AND does not shed at all. Only 1 of 3 breeds. Santa feels special.

Today was, well, an odd day at best. First off one of the elves requested that if possible we all pray for her mother in Oklahoma who is dying...but that she does not die before she can get home in January to see her. Santa will do his best.

Today was another day for criers and parents laughing (Santa will never understand this). I had one set of kids that is a perfect example. The parents put these 2 toddlers on my lap (after first prying them off of themselves.) The mom almost had her shirt ripped off by one of them trying to hang on (This clued me in that I was in for trouble). Well, the kids drooped and scooted backwards and then went NUTS (not hitting or kicking)! They started to cry, arms outstretched screaming for mom and dad, and for the first time screeching. I looked at mom and dad and they stood there so proud, laughing at the kids.

Now about the screeching. Think nails on a chalkboard x 10! I thought the windows might shatter. The parents finally came over and took the kids saying, "Man, that was fun for the kids!" They just said it was cute and soooo funny. In the meantime, the rest of us took Advil or Motrin.

Now to the title of the blog for today.... The Mall Santa's worker came in to BPS to see the "Talent" at work. He was offered to have a picture taken, but turned it down. They just wanted to see Santa at work. At least they did not offer me a job like last time I saw them (kind of tacky)! The Mall Santa and workers are employees of Cherryhill Photo out of California. We have Mall employees in all the time.

Well, its time for Santa to fluff his beard.
