Man I can't believe it...

Hello to you all in Santa's WonderBlog. So here's the good news - Christmas is almost upon us! The bad news is I am getting swamped each day (not bad for BPS, just my muscles and back). Today we saw 618 people through Santa's 5300 sq ft of Wonderland. That number puts us over 9000, which means 10000+ is in reach. Santa needs a raise, and soon. lol We still have 4 Santa days to go (my back hurts just thinking about it). Plus we had an American Beagle and an English Beagle (I did not know they were so different but the same), 2 Greyhounds (I did not know they cannot sit), and a super scared mutt (who did not come within 10 feet of me).

How's this for a plan gone bust? I was told that a family from Virginia was driving up to see Santa. They are driving 320 miles one way (4 hours minimum) just to see Santa. The weird part is they passed at least 2 BPS on their way here, but were coming expressly to see the "Talent." They were told I would be on lunch from 3:30 - 4:30, but would be available the rest of the time. So I hurried down to be back by the appointed hour...and they showed up a couple of hours later. I knew it was them because when mom and dad brought the kids to see me, the kids flipped out and would have nothing to do with me. (Trust Santa when I say they tried and failed.) The mom said, "We drove all this way to see just this Santa, and now you don't even talk to him?" to her kids. I told the mom they should walk around the store a bit and show the kids the fish and all the different animals then come back. I don't even remember seeing them come back, and I left just after 9pm (closing time). I hope they come back.

Well it's time for Santa to get some much needed extra rest,

Sweet Slumber,

Santa Joe
